We're looking for a driven, results-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in sourcing quality vehicles.Position Overview The Automotive Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles from private sellers, service drive customers, and third-party platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities Actively source vehicles through online marketplaces, service drive, and customer outreachAppraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offersBuild relationships with customers looking to sell or trade in their vehiclesFollow up with leads and maintain consistent communicationWork closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory goalsTrack and manage acquisition pipeline using CRM toolsStay up to date on market trends and vehicle valuesQualifications Previous automotive sales, BDC, or acquisition experience requiredStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindsetAbility to multitask and manage a high volume of leadsFamiliarity with appraisal tools and CRM systems is a plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefits 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
