Manheim Township is a diverse and active community in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The Manheim Township Police Department provides professional law enforcement services to Manheim Township in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Officers serve a community that includes residential neighborhoods, major commercial corridors, schools, parks, businesses, healthcare facilities, and heavily traveled roadways. Beyond patrol duties, members of the Department may have opportunities to participate in specialized assignments, K9, training, investigations, community outreach, and other areas of law enforcement as their careers progress. Officers are expected to exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively, work as part of a team, and perform their duties with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
