Your analysis will uncover cost-saving opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure we're investing in solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. You won't just crunch numbers—you'll influence decisions that shape our operational success and sustainability.This role supports multiple indirect spend categories rather than being limited to a single dedicated category.What we expect:Analyze company-wide spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimizationPartner with category managers to develop sourcing strategies for areas such as facilities, capital, and lab equipment and servicesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to track supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings initiativesSupport RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and market researchCollaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budget goals and business prioritiesMonitor industry trends, emerging suppliers, and innovative procurement technologies to keep our sourcing competitiveCoordinate and track progress of sourcing and procurement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are metDrive process improvements in procurement workflows, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and complianceStrong analytical and project management skills including financial modelingDemonstrated strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and follow-through on commitmentsA knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and influence stakeholders.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementHigh level of personal accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing workloadComfortable asking questions and seeking direction or clarification when requirements are ambiguousKnowledge of sourcing best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluationEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field. Master's Degree preferred2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role—preferably in indirect categories.Experience with Oracle ERP and/or other procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.Travel:Up to 5% travelHybrid work schedule, a minimum of 4 days in officeThe annualized base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $99,500 and is bonus eligible.
