Title: Library Services & Operations SpecialistPosition Type: Staff Full-TimeDays Per Week: Monday - FridayHours Per Week: 40 hrs/wkVP Area: Office of the Provost and Academic AffairsDepartment: LibraryLocation: Queens Campus - CharlottePosition Summary The Library Services and Operations Specialist oversees the daily operations of the Charlotte Library's primary service point, and manages circulation, interlibrary loan services, and supervision of up to 20 student employees. This staff position leads training and development for all access services student employees, supports faculty and student research needs across disciplines, and contributes to library-wide initiatives that enhance access, equity, safety, and student success.
