Summary
Strategic Sourcing Analyst
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst supports sourcing initiatives through research, data analysis, reporting, and general procurement activities. This role works with internal teams to identify opportunities, support business decisions, and improve processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support sourcing projects and day-to-day procurement activities.
- Gather, organize, and analyze business and purchasing data.
- Research suppliers, markets, costs, and other relevant information.
- Assist with sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier-related activities.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- Help maintain compliance with procurement processes and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in analytics, procurement, supply chain, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP or similar tools is a plus.
