In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in purchasing and sourcing to drive our procurement strategy while maintaining a strong commercial focus. Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) purchasing is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesSourcing Strategy Development: Design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Use analytical tools to assess market trends and supplier performance.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and foster partnerships focused on continuous improvement.Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and review contracts for cost savings and value enhancement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement strategies.Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop KPIs and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance.Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and promote best practices within the team.QualificationsMinimum 6 years of purchasing and procurement experience, EPC experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related; Master's or certifications are a plus.Strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software and Excel.Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project management experience is advantageous.Why Join Eosol Group?We value innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
