Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school education or equivalent G.E.D. preferred. Must have avalidCaliforniadriver's license and practice safe driving techniques. Mustbe 21 years of age or older.Training and Experience: First aid trainingrequired.Knowledge and Abilities:Basic safety knowledge and writing skills for record keeping required.Ability tomaintainaccuratelogs, reports, and incident documentation.Basic computerproficiencyrequired, including the ability to use Microsoft Word,Exceland Office 365 for documentation, reporting, and record keeping.Must be able to learn and useinternal systems such as surveillance monitoring software, access control,toolsand communication platforms.WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRequirements are subject topossible modificationtoreasonably accommodateindividuals with disabilities.Notify the HumanResources team to request any accommodation(s) to perform any of the essential functions of this position.XExerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
