This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will help execute daily procurement activities, ensuring efficient, compliant purchasing of goods and services. This role partners with your team and suppliers to facilitate sourcing events, process procurement transactions, and maintain accurate documentation.Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder CollaborationPartner with business units to understand scope, specifications, and timelinesProvide guidance on procurement processes and ensure policy alignmentCoordinate across internal teams to support issue resolution and delivery RFQ / Sourcing SupportPrepare and issue RFQs to suppliersCoordinate supplier communications, clarifications, and bid timelinesTrack and organize proposals; support basic commercial evaluationsPurchase Order ManagementCreate and process purchase orders in procurement systemValidate alignment with approved quotes and budgetsChange Order ProcessingProcess changes orders for scope, cost, or schedule adjustmentsEnsure proper approvals and supporting documentationMaintain accurate revision historyAdministrative & Compliance SupportMaintain procurement documentation (quotes, POs, contracts)Assist with contract administration (renewals, amendments, tracking)Maintain positive working relationships with vendorsQualificationsHigh School or GED3+ years experience.Our Safety Pledge To YouIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
