Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities Contract & Compliance SupportPrepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvalsDraft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Execute credit memos and draft contract amendments using the contract management systemReview amendments for accuracy and completeness prior to signatureCreate and submit compliance packages including:Extended Terms Requests (ETRs)Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs)Manage RFQs and RFIs, including data transfer via AECS or other approved systemsFacilitate supplier transitions and management changes using Compass or other systemsAssist business units with sourcing needs for projectsLead supplier selection and performance management processesInitiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and analyze CID and BAA contentResolve PO/Supplier Portal issues and submit correctionsData & Systems ManagementPull/send drawings for RFQ packagesManage vendor and material master changesValidate part demand and historical receiptsUpload documents to contract management toolsPull platform details from designated systemsKey Requirements and Technology Experience Key skills; Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Pricing Analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.As a Sourcing Analyst, you will support Sourcing Managers in executing regional sourcing projects and site-specific plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.You'll help drive competitive commodity and category strategies that reduce Total Cost, improve supplier performance, and optimize Working Client.This role requires managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. export/import regulations.Our client is a leading Aerospace manufacturing Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
