Digital Health Analytics Analyst Senior

Summary

The Senior Digital Solutions Analyst translates consumer and operational challenges into concrete designs, architecture, and solutions in support of the organisation's digital strategy. These efforts involve collaborating and codeveloping with both internal and external partners, converting the digital strategy into technical requirements that are utilized by both the Digital Transformation Office and its partners for the creation of final products and solutions. They are involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.Job DutiesWorks cross-functionally with technical and business leadership to establish an architectural plan across multiple solution areas, in consideration of the product roadmaps.Participates in design and engineering of analytics solutions that have significant strategic impact and achieve long term competitive advantage for Geisinger.Aligns digital and architectural strategy with business and clinical requirements.Helps lead all aspects of development effort including requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and support.Gathers and analyzes data and develops data architecture requirements at both a product and strategy level.Assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.Analyzes the current digital ecosystem to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.Works closely with other Digital Transformation Office leadership to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered, utilizing scrum framework and methodology where appropriate.Provides strategic consultation to stakeholders and IT teams.Consults on Institute-facing projects and maintains knowledge of their progress.Work is typically performed in an office or remote environment.
