A great place to work.Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Clearance: TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph examMust be a U.S. Citizen Job Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on operational environment considerations.Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsPreferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with operational environment analysis, including water infrastructure analysis or Collateral Concern identification.Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphPhysical Requirements/Work Environment Normal office environment.Travel As requiredCompany Description Castalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government.
