Summary

Responsibilities Assist in identifying capable vendors, lead competitive bidding process, negotiate contract pricing and terms, and optimize vendor relationships.Support the IT category as well as multiple other assigned spend categories.Facilitate the selection of suppliers that support the organization's operational and strategic efforts.Perform work under minimal supervision, handling complex issues and problems and referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff, possessing comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and/or Requests for Information (RFIs) based on identified business needs, market conditions, and organizational standards.Partner with lines of business to help secure suitable vendors that meet quality, capability, and time requirements at best price.Partner with stakeholders to align the sourcing process to the strategic plan for the line of business by clarifying objectives, approach, and timelines.Ensure appropriate buy-in, support, participation, and communication throughout sourcing initiatives.Conduct analysis, evaluation, and scoring of vendor proposals according to established criteria.Coordinate activities such as vendor demonstrations, reference calls and on-site visits.Facilitate contract negotiations in conjunction with business partners and Legal to help ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms, tracking results of the sourcing initiatives, including any achieved savings or enhanced services.Analyze spend data to identify opportunities to optimize spend for assigned categories as well as create bid analyses to support vendor selection.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's: Business Administration/ManagementBachelor's: FinanceBachelor's: Information TechnologyBachelor's: Logistics / Supply Chain ManagementBachelor's (Required)6 years' experience in a Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management role.Required any equivalent combination of experience and education.Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.Location Hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
