Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Issuance Leakage Analytics Lead to identify and quantify lost issuance opportunities across the customer acquisition and application journey. The role will focus on uncovering leakage points throughout marketing funnels, customer journeys, underwriting pathways, and demand generation processes to drive growth in originated accounts and funded volume. The ideal candidate possesses strong funnel analytics expertise, web analytics experience, and a consulting mindset capable of moving from problem identification to actionable business recommendations.Work Location: San Francisco, CAWork Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)Salary Range: $150K/Yr - $170K/Yr Base + Annual BonusThe posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale.
