Cleared American Guards (CAGs) with TS/SCI Clearance with CI-Polygraph Aurora, CO Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Cleared American Guard is a professional and dependable Security Escort whosupports secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel and monitoring activity within restricted areas. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and strict adherence to security and safety procedures. The position includes both indoor and outdoor work and may involve escort-related administrative support as needed.

• Escort uncleared personnel and visitors within designated secure buildings and restricted areas.
• Monitors escorted individuals to ensure compliance with all security requirements.
• Follow all company safety, security, and personnel policies.
• Interact professionally with customers, employees, VIPs, and the public.
• Perform additional job-related or administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
• Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in security, military, facilities support, or a related field.
• Ability to acquire and maintain access to the assigned facility.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, work outdoors in summer heat and winter cold, walk up to 5 miles per day, and perform duties requiring manual dexterity, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written and spoken instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active security clearance.

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Hours: 40 hours per week * A 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Work is typically Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work depending on project needs. If a scheduled effort is canceled after arrival, the employee will receive 4 hours of regular pay.
• Overtime: Overtime is project-based and applies only to individuals assigned to projects that require extra hours, not to the entire team.
• Flexibility Requirement: Must work effectively as part of a team and perform secondary or administrative tasks when escort duties are limited. Flexible work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, to support on-site activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Rate: $45.00 per hour medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement plan are available to all W2 employees of IDS.
