This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.Job Description and Responsibilities: Budget Analyst supports Comptroller Department and Fleet Support Teams with budget formulation, execution, and financial reporting.Monitor, reconcile, and report on budget obligations and expenditures.Support development of financial forecasts and spend plans.Prepare budget documentation and metrics for leadership review.Maintain financial data in Navy ERP and local business tools.Support planning, programming, and financial reporting for multiple fund types (O&MN, APN, WCF, FMS).Basic Requirements: A Junior has 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or budget support. A Journeyman has 6+ years of federal budgeting or financial management experience. A senior has 10+ years of federal financial management or DoD budget experience.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)Telework and Travel: On- Site.
