Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible.Job Description: As a Management Analyst at Parsons, you will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to mission-critical programs for the Department of War and United States Army. You'll be part of a workforce of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, cybersecurity, system integration, and more, supporting a range of initiatives across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, over a 5-year period and with a combined value of more than $600 million. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to national defense and Army modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes.Develop and present recommendations to improve processes, solve problems, and support strategic objectives.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices and support operational planning.Collaborate with project teams and leadership to implement approved recommendations and monitor progress.Support financial, cost, and operations research analysis as required.Participate in and contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required; advanced degree preferred for senior-level candidates.3 - 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.Active Secret is required.Significant experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred for senior-level candidates.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Security Clearance Requirement: An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
