About The Role

This is a hands-on, high-trust engineering role for a full-stack or ML-savvy software engineer who thrives at the edge of research and deployment. You'll work directly with mission-critical stakeholders to scope, build, and ship AI-powered tools that solve real-world problems in secure and regulated environments.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI-driven tools for federal or enterprise use cases
  • Tune prompts and fine-tune models for real-time deployment
  • Build internal tooling to automate and harden workflows in secure environments
  • Analyze system logs and outputs to improve reliability and auditability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine SDKs, improve usability, and drive technical clarity with external partners

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years of software engineering experience; strong Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript skills
  • Familiar with prompt engineering, model tuning, or LLM evaluation workflows
  • Experienced working with sensitive data or in secure/regulated environments
  • Strong communicator and systems thinker who can navigate ambiguity
  • Previously held or eligible for U.S. government clearance (Secret or TS/SCI)

Bonus:

  • Experience working with government or DoD clients
  • Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, model deployment, or evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with tools like Terraform, or secure cloud infrastructure
