Security Guard Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Shifts

Guardian Security is currently hiring dependable and professional Security Guards throughout New York City and Long Island.

We offer full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight, seasonal, and flexible scheduling opportunities. Available assignments may include residential buildings, commercial properties, retail locations, construction sites, hospitality venues, fire guard positions, and other security environments.

Starting Pay: From $17.00 per hour, depending on the assignment, experience, qualifications, and availability.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor assigned premises and help maintain a safe environment
Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
Control access to buildings and restricted areas
Conduct regular patrols as required
Assist residents, visitors, customers, and employees professionally
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
Follow company procedures and site-specific instructions
Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact supervisors or emergency services when necessary

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid New York State Security Guard License preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Basic English communication skills
Professional appearance and reliable attendance
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert during assigned shifts
Ability to follow instructions and communicate professionally
Previous security experience is helpful but may not be required for every assignment
