Job Summary

The Sourcing Analyst - Indirect will support the Global Procurement organization with a primary focus on Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Sustainability sourcing initiatives, and spend analytics across key indirect categories.

This role combines data-driven insight generation, sourcing support, and stakeholder collaboration to identify cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and support enterprise-wide procurement strategies. The analyst will play a critical role in translating spend data into actionable recommendations and identifying opportunities for supplier innovation and strategic market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Category Management
  • Support global sourcing strategy for Travel & Entertainment and Sustainability spend
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost optimization, compliance, and user experience
  • Monitor industry trends, and supplier performance
  • Identify savings and efficiency opportunities across category demands and stakeholder requirements
Spend Analytics & Insights
  • Pull, cleanse, and analyze spend data across multiple indirect categories
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to support category management
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in spend data and trends
  • Translate analysis into quantified savings opportunities and productivity improvements
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence
  • Support development of category and sourcing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for supplier innovation sessions, strategic market events, and benchmarking
  • Provide insights to enhance supplier selection and negotiation strategies
Procurement Operations & Stakeholder Support
  • Support contract and requisition processes (e.g., Ariba)
  • Assist stakeholders with procurement-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Help enforce procurement policies, controls, and payment terms
  • Support supplier negotiations with data and analytics
Digital & AI Capability
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance spend analytics, automate reporting, and generate insights
  • Utilize modern data and analytics tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and applications within procurement and analytics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with data visualization tools a plus
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics technologies strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
