Incident Management/Investigator/Benefits Coordinator Full-time Pee Dee and Midlands Divisions, SCCHESCO ServicesBenefits Coordinator/Incident Management Coordinator (Full-time) (Pee Dee and Midlands) Essential in safeguarding the rights and welfare of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensures that investigations are thorough, well documented, timely and compliant with all regulations. Contributes to the continuous improvement of incident management process. Investigates and compiles reports for critical incidents and abuse/neglect/exploitation cases.Preferred Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in administration or human services field; two years experience in a human services field; preferably intellectual disabilities.Under supervision of the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for facilitating agency benefits for employees. Includes keying benefit elections, changes, and ensuring deductions are correct. Essential in safeguarding the rights and welfare of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensures that investigations are thorough, well documented, timely and compliant with all regulations. Contributes to the continuous improvement of incident management process. Investigates and compiles reports for critical incidents and abuse/neglect/exploitation cases.Acquire and maintain required agency certifications. Subject to annual TB test.
