This initiative aims to streamline operations, enhance accountability, and improve care delivery through a simplified, Veteran-centric model.This transformation is being implemented through a sprint-based approach with phased evaluations and milestones, realigning VHA Central Office (VHACO), Operations Centers, and Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs).
