We grow on two fronts: partnering with and acquiring established practices from owners ready for their next chapter, and opening new clinics in carefully selected markets. The founding family still leads the company day to day, and we build the way we started — doctor-first, patient-first, hands‑on.The Role This seat sits at the very front of our growth engine.You'll map the markets we're focused on, identify the practice owners we should know, get us in the room with them, and keep every conversation alive until it converts. When an opportunity is real, you'll hand it to the VP of Growth and our M&A Director to begin the IOI/LOI process — and stay close enough to watch how deals actually get done. You'll also be a voice for the company in the market — pitching the podcasts, stages, and partners that build our brand as we scale.It's a high-tempo role with direct exposure to M&A, market strategy, corporate brand, and the executive team. Deal Sourcing & Practice Owner Outreach — your core focus Own top-of-funnel outreach to chiropractic and wellness practice owners in our priority marketsResearch practices, identify decision-makers, and build clean, verified contact listsRun structured outreach cadences (phone, email, LinkedIn) to line up introductory conversationsHelp facilitate first-round conversations with practice owners — prep, notes, fit assessment, momentumFunnel qualified opportunities to the VP of Growth and M&A Director to begin the IOI/LOI processKeep the CRM immaculate: every contact, every touchpoint, every next step logged and followed through2. Market Mapping & Site Selection Build and maintain the market maps that guide where we grow next — both acquisitions and new clinic openingsTurn market research into ranked, actionable target listsRun weekly podcast and media outreach to secure placements for company leadershipPitch industry associations and conferences to book our leadership on stageTrack every media and speaking opportunity from first touch to confirmed booking — nothing goes coldSupport corporate PR moments — announcements, press opportunities, and award submissions as the platform grows4.
