About the Role
As a Sourcing intern, you will support the execution of the sourcing strategy by researching and analyzing information that impacts the supply chain, such as strategy implementation, vendor onboarding and communication.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Sourcing team to drive global sourcing strategies for Kohl's Private and Exclusive brands
- Foster vendor partnerships by utilizing vendor scorecards, analyzing performance metrics and participating in strategic discussions
- Support the costing process and implementation of sourcing strategies through research, analysis, reporting and data visualization
- Manage data effectively, including building and maintaining reports and presentations
- Monitor and manage centralized sourcing mailboxes
- Additional tasks may be assigned
Required
- Undergraduate Junior
- Passion for and/or a background in research and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in pivot tables and file linking
- Business Major
- Global Sourcing Major
- International Business Major
- Supply Chain Major
- Retail Major
