To learn more, visit www.publicconsultinggroup.com.Duties and Responsibilities Develops and executes new growth strategiesEnsures client retention with a focus on increasing client satisfactionIdentifies new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leadsUnderstands and is an expert in complex federal regulations and requirementsAnalyzes and interprets federal and state law and regulationReviews and is an expert in business operations for service and efficiency improvementsIndependently manages complex projects, staff and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectationsDevelops communication plan with clientsIdentifies and elicits requirements from key stakeholders in each engagementFacilitates client discussionsIdentifies gaps and shortcomings, and determine necessary workaroundsPlans and monitors ongoing project tasksDelegates tasks and responsibilities to team membersAssesses best practices and compliance errors and provides technical assistance to clientsLeads proposal writing teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissionsPrepares other written reports and materials for clientsSupervises client success teamsRequired Skills Must be located in the New England regionStrong quantitative skills and able to analyze and interpret financial dataAbility to research, analyze and interpret policy, legal briefs and regulationsAble to work independently and consistently achieve excellent resultsAble to work effectively with all members of project teamsOutstanding oral and written presentation skillsDemonstrated initiative and the ability to successfully identify new business opportunities and up‑sell to existing customersQualifications Bachelor degree or 10 years' experience required, graduate degree preferred5-10 years' relevant work experienceSupervisory responsibilityBusiness Analyst consultantsWorking Conditions Office setting.
