Positioned within a central procurement function, this role converts complex purchasing and spend data into actionable operational strategies. Core activities include financial variance tracking, data modeling, supplier scorecard management, and cost optimization initiatives across decentralized facilities.ResponsibilitiesCleanse, structure, and evaluate procurement data across disparate enterprise systems to identify cost-savings and manage supply chain risk.Track Purchase Price Variance (PPV), perform routine reconciliations, and evaluate how commodity trends, trade policies, and material cost shifts impact financial margins.Maintain operational scorecards tracking vendor metrics, including defect rates, delivery performance, quality compliance, and payment terms.Design and automate KPI reports, executive dashboards, and ad-hoc visual analytics for cross-functional stakeholders.Draft and implement standardized data hygiene protocols and reporting frameworks to ensure reporting consistency across all business units.Partner with finance, operations, sourcing, and quality teams to validate insights and support supply chain execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, procurement analysis, or financial modeling.Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (complex formulas, dynamic modeling, large dataset manipulation) and experience with enterprise ERP systems.Demonstrated capability to consolidate fragmented datasets into clear, executive-level recommendations.Strong written and verbal skills with experience conveying analytical findings to non-technical leadership.U.S. Citizenship or permanent legal authorization requiredPreferred RequirementsPrior experience calculating and analyzing Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in a manufacturing environment.Background modeling supply chain dynamics, trade/tariff shifts, or vendor compliance metrics.Experience developing structured reporting workflows in evolving data environments.Exposure to supporting multi-site or decentralized business models.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary $80,000-$100,000 aligned with experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus and merit review.Full health, dental, and vision coverage effective on day one; 401(k) program with company matching.Paid vacation, parental leave, and volunteer time programs.Structured onboarding, tuition assistance, and ongoing professional development resources.LocationCharlotte, NCHybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)#J-18808-Ljbffr
