The strategic sourcing and contracting specialists play a pivotal role in developing, managing, integrating and improving Boeing's supply chain. Our organization is responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and contract management of indirect goods and services across Boeing's global enterprise and is critical to enabling company operations.This role manages sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance for HR, Learning and Development, and Travel categories, ensuring compliant, cost‑effective procurement execution. It partners closely with HR, Travel, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with business needs, policy requirements, and service level expectations.Success in this role requires the ability to understand critical business needs, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage a heavy workload effectively, along with business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
