Summary

Responsibilities Establish and maintain accounting procedures to accurately reflect up-to-date balance of each individual budget code within the budget of Turbeville Correctional Institution.Assist in monitoring of petty cash and special funds.Develop file systems for all incoming and outgoing budget materials, (requisitions, vouchers, data printouts reports and records.Responsible for preparing requisitions for all supplies and materials required for operations of Turbeville Correctional Institution.Responsible for inmate pin number requests.Establish and maintain effective and workable payment procedures to ensure that each inmate receives correct pay in a timely manner.Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
