This Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician position is ideal for a WRT-certified technician who can manage field operations, maintain job quality, and help take ownership of mitigation projects.Pay, Benefits, And Perks $20-$25/hour, BOE (based on experience) and overtime workComprehensive health benefits package offeredPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysIICRC certification reimbursement and ongoing professional developmentLocation: Columbia, SC - Rytech of the MidlandsEmployment Type: Full-TimePrimary Duties Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projectsInspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damageMaintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readingsPerform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activitiesSet up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiersMaintain job quality standardsSupport team membersQualifications WRT Certification requiredMinimum two years of water and fire restoration experienceAbility to work independently and lead projectsStrong customer service skillsStrong communication skillsA clean driving recordAvailability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidaysRytech Restoration is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
