Position: Analytics Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid 3 days at office) and some occasional travel to Cincinnati, OH

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Work with client stakeholders to understand the business requirements for analytical reports/dashboards.
  • Create data products and dashboards based on the requirements using visualization tools like Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • The person will also be required to participate actively in brainstorming sessions for improvement opportunities and take it to completion.
  • A suitable candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience in analytics consulting and should possess a go -getter attitude. He/ She should be able to deal with ambiguity.
Skill Sets -
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data/Programming - SAS, Alteryx, SQL, Python
  • Reporting - Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce (CRMA)
  • Experience in insurance Industry required.
  • Experience in Life Insurance will be a huge plus. (Life and Annuities)
