Additional Information* This position is contingent on contract award ** Anticipated start date is August 1st, 2026 *OverviewThe Senior All Source Analyst Contractor shall work with senior operators and intelligence professionals as part of a collaborative team focused on tactical and operational objectives. The Senior All Source Analyst will be a critical component of a small, multi-functional intelligence analysis and fusion team that is responsible for the production of intelligence assessments in support of deployed NSW forces.Security RequirementActive TS/SCI clearance.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAlone or as a part of a team, research, acquire, process, analyze, and fuse data to derive usable intelligence.Generate tailored intelligence data, products, and services that meet the needs of MSC's customers.Alone or as part of a team, research, analyze, and generate data, products, or services that support operational planning across the entire spectrum of SOF conflict.Assist in generating operational plans (OPLANs), concept plans (CONPLANs), concepts of operations (CONOPS), and other mission feasibility and planning products as needed.Alone or as part of a team, periodically review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical procedures, best practices, hardware and software tools, and data sources and repositories to determine if they are remaining effective and relevant or if new ones are required.As directed acquire, review, edit, or generate new training materials and modules pertaining to all source analysis activities. As needed, provide that training to junior analysts. Recommend qualification standards for analysts.RequirementsShall possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport prior to onboarding.Minimum of TEN (10) years cumulative professional experience working directly in the intelligence and/or cryptologic community (verifiable via employment history and assigned billets).Minimum of three (3) years' experience working with or providing direct support to NSW Forces.Documented experience working "hard target" analysis at the NSW, interagency, or IC level.Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience serving on, or providing direct intelligence support to, an operational NSW Task Groups. The resume must demonstrate performance in at least two of the following three capacities:Acting as an Intelligence or Cryptologic Branch Chief/NCOIC.Direct participation in OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOP development, staffing, and approval.Providing tailored Information Warfare Community (IWC) support to maritime SOF operations.Demonstrated experience and ability to research, gather data, assemble and analyze facts, draw conclusions, and develop solutions to intelligence- and system-related problems.Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, and applicability of existing intelligence databases (e.g., MIDB, TAC, Palantir).Knowledge and ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications (at a minimum including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.Ability to write clear and complete correspondence in standard military formats (e.g., OPORDs, WARNORDs, SITREPs).At least one (1) documented deployment to a combat zone/austere environment OR a minimum of three (3) years providing direct reach-back support to crisis response, contingency operations, or Tier 1/Tier 2 SOF elements.A minimum of ten (10) years conducting multi-INT fusion analysis.Documented utilization of cross-domain tools (e.g., SOCET GXP, Analyst Notebook, Voltron, M3, FADE/MIST, THRESHER) on the candidate's resume for a minimum of five (5) years.Working knowledge of and experience with basic counterintelligence (CI) and Operational Security (OPSEC) procedures employed by the DoW, IC, and MSC.Minimum of three (3) years of experience acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources and integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies.Documented experience standing up new analytic workflows/tools OR holding an active professional certification in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent DoD continuous improvement certifications).Preferred ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years' experience working in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and familiarity with the unique problem sets encompassed in that AOR.Documented experience working "hard target" analysis at the Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), Combatant Command (COCOM), interagency, or IC level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
