Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required Experience:

• Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
• Ability to ensure compliance with established security procedures
• Ability to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundings
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to work in a customer-facing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
• Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements

Work Schedule & Conditions Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430 or 0700–1530 Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week OT Hours: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half) Flexibility Requirement : Must be available for occasional weekend 0700–1530 and overnight 2100–0500 shift support Compensation & Benefits Rate: $ 44.00 per hour OT Rate : $ 66.00 per hour (for hours worked over 40/week) Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS
