SkyWest Ramp Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.18 years of age or olderPossess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver's licenseHave a High School Diploma or GEDObtain and maintain position-specific clearances include, but are not limited to, FAA, TSA, Port Authority, and U.S. Customs clearancesPass a pre-placement background check and drug screenLegally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipPhysical And Other Requirements Lift heavy bags over 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationThis position requires you to work outside in all weather conditionsAttend four days of Basic Station TrainingThis position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPart-time and full-time positions may be available$ 20 per hourThis is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position#zr#SWA123Training Schedule This Below Wing Ramp training program spans five weeks and includes both computer-based and hands-on ramp instruction. Training is held four days per week, approximately nine hours per day, with scheduled breaks and a lunch period. Tardiness and absence are not tolerated.
