Functional direction isexercised over permanent and temporary staff assigned toFacilities Services function.Minimum qualifications: Associate's degreefromanaccreditededucational institutionandoneyear of relatedexperience; or three years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in buildingoperations, maintenance, and automated HVAC controls.Valid State ofIowa driver's license withsatisfactory drivingrecord required. Must be18years of age.
