Job Description

Our client is seeking a Program Specialist to support the implementation and evaluation of the Global Comfort Promise Adaptation and Sustainability Study. This individual will play a key role in coordinating study activities, engaging with global partners, collecting and analyzing research data, and supporting dissemination efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care through research and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate study-related activities for the Global Comfort Promise Adaptation and Sustainability Study.

Send regular communications and reminders to study participants to encourage completion of quantitative surveys.

Conduct semi-structured interviews with global partners regarding implementation of the Global Comfort Promise.

Track study participation and maintain accurate research documentation.

Assist with collection, organization, and management of quantitative and qualitative research data.

Support analysis of survey results and interview findings.

Collaborate with project leadership to synthesize research outcomes and key insights.

Assist with preparation of abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and other dissemination materials for conferences and publications.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure study milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Participate in team meetings and provide project updates as needed.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of experience supporting research studies, program coordination, healthcare initiatives, or project-based work.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams. Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or public health research studies.

Experience conducting interviews, focus groups, or qualitative data collection.

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Experience with survey platforms such as REDCap, Qualtrics, or similar tools.

Experience analyzing research data and interpreting findings.

Involvement in manuscript development, abstract submission, or conference presentations.

Experience working with global stakeholders or international programs.

Familiarity with implementation science, patient experience, or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
