The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Program Analyst with an active Secret Clearance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze program performance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop executive briefings and reports.
• Monitor compliance and program objectives.
• Support strategic planning efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Support portfolio optimization activities.

Required qualifications include:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of program analysis experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• PMP Certification.
• Federal consulting or program support experience.

Salary range: $110,000-$125,000. Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
