USSTRATCOM is one of eleven Combatant Commands, and is responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. The Strategic Command Information Technology Lifecycle Support (SCITLS) contract supporting USSTRATCOM's J6 is a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.You will play a crucial role in providing support in the following areas: Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program to include Travel and Expense Report processing.Writes and updates standard operating procedures for local Program Administrative support processes.Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for Employees in assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR)Coordinates with other team members to provide cross-functional support as needed.Assist with timekeeping monitoring, accuracy and completionProvides meeting minute support at required Customer meetings, including Contract Deliverable submissionsInteracts regularlly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.Serves as liaison between program employees and host base support units.Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing and onboarding.Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
