Summary

Supporting middle revenue cycle functions, the full-time Regional Coding Manager will manage coding operations, ensure quality compliance, and drive process improvement for regional hospital clients in a remote environment.Key responsibilities:Monitor team performance and productivity to ensure service level agreements are met, providing guidance and coaching as necessaryConduct performance reviews to meet KPIs, identifying and reporting barriers to customers and leadershipCollaborate with the quality review team to address coding quality issues and implement improvement plansRequired qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentCoding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CPCMedical coding experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of charge capture strategies and payer contractsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysisLeadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management position
