orBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism; orAssociate's degree or 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university and at least 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism;
