Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides leadership and management for the Department's regulatory and policy management activities
• Maintains oversight for programs and projects to ensure adequate and timely accomplishment, adherence to established policies and initiates corrective action as required.
• Guides the development of strategic planning for Departmental functions related to regulatory affairs and policy management.
• Advises senior Department officials in the development of regulations and policies.
• Manages the Departmental regulatory relationship with OMB, the Executive Office of the President, the Federal Register, and other agencies.
• Provides supervision to the regulatory affairs and policy management staff.
