Summary

Supporting federal acquisition activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, the full-time Mid-Level Acquisition Specialist will work remotely to provide program support for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), collaborating with Contracting Officers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective acquisition processes.Key responsibilitiesSupport Federal acquisition activities, including planning, solicitation, award, administration, and closeoutInterpret and apply Federal acquisition regulations, including the FAR and HHSARPrepare and review acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and source selection plansRequired qualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience in Federal acquisition activitiesDemonstrated experience in pre-award and post-award acquisition supportWorking knowledge of the FAR and applicable Federal acquisition regulationsExperience developing and reviewing Federal acquisition documentationBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or ten (10) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
