Job TitleThe role involves a variety of duties related to the research, data collection and analysis, and identification of criminal activities and enterprises in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area to support the effective community supervision of adult probationers.The responsibilities include:Performing a variety of duties related to the research, data collection and analysis, and identification of criminal activities and enterprises in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area to support the effective community supervision of adult probationers.Monitoring case status changes and producing intelligence reports for consumption by internal stakeholders to support staff safety and close supervision.Utilizing a variety of internal and external databases and open sources to assist supervision staff, management, and other senior leadership with analysis of offender involvement in criminal activity and compliance with supervision.Collaborating with other law enforcement agencies on straightforward intelligence-gathering problems, such as identifying intelligence gaps.Participating in collaborative multi-agency task forces authorized by the Agency Director to further intelligence gathering and assist partners in investigations by assembling, collating, coordinating, and analyzing reports and evidence.Participating in public meetings to provide intelligence-data and reports.Performing routine and non-complex tasks to assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with law enforcement stakeholders. Assisting in developing and implementing plans for disseminating routine information about a specific intelligence discipline and/or program.
