Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will assist managers with clinical pends, provide over-read feedback, and ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesAssist managers with clinical pends and over-read feedbackReview daily reports for QA scores and manage manual assignmentsFacilitate collaboration for product release rollouts across teamsRequired qualificationsCurrent Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMAMinimum of 5 years coding experience, specifically in Medicare and Commercial Risk AdjustmentPreferred experience in facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacologyStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
