Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth,ages 13 to 21, placement while awaiting court proceedings, assessment, or treatment. Thishighly structured, self-contained program provides comprehensive interventions for juvenile offenders, including fully accredited schools and clinical support with individual and grouptherapy, staffed by trained professionals. All components are integrated through a PositiveYouth Development frameworkResponsibilities:Support the execution, implementation and coordination of services and activities related to the needs and strengths of each youth.Establish relationships with community-based organizations to broaden and sustain and in-depth network of resources to meet the individual needs of youth and familiesSolicit input from youth about the types of community-based services, resources, and activities that reflect their specific interests and needsMonitor school and clinical appointment attendanceParticipate in the development and facilitation of the therapeutic psycho-educational & recreational program schedule, including groupsRespect the diversity of others by demonstrating and modeling cultural awareness and sensitivity at all timesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work or related fieldSchedule : 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday$55,000 - $60,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
