Summary

Admin Prep Academy Coordinator

Coordinate the Admin Prep Academy module schedule and faculty assignments across the rolling monthly calendar in partnership with the Program Manager. Oversee participant support services, including ESL/LEP wrap-around services (via WorkReadyU) and requiredaccommodations. Maintain eligibility documentation and compliance files for each E2G-eligible firm (self-certifications, HUBZone map checks, Dynamic Small Business Search records, and related documentation). Support participant data collection, six- and twelve-month follow-ups, and data quality monitoring in coordination with the Work-Based Learning Coordinator. Serve as the Program Manager's designee to ensure continuity of operations during absences and at outreach/intake events. Assist with quarterly performance reporting, partner coordination, and recordkeeping consistent with 2 CFR Part 200. Participate in program and college events, meetings, professional development, and committee service as needed. Uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participants, partners, and colleagues.

Bachelor's degree in business, education, public administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience coordinating programs, grant-funded projects, or workforce/training operations. Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills with keen attention to compliance detail. Proficiency with standard office and data-entry tools; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain federal compliance standards.

Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200, SBA award terms). Experience supporting workforce development, small business, or economic development initiatives.
