As a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist (Identity Intelligence Branch Chief) you will:

Advise Division Director and others on intelligence findings and recommend positions.

Responsible for working in and leading a team environment and is expected to interact with senior government officials.

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of identity intelligence programs and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, departmental objectives, and evolving mission requirements while managing risk and optimizing mission outcomes.

Organize work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines short- or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinates with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals; monitors progress and evaluates outcomes.

Demonstrate personal initiative, innovation, integrity, openness, and respect in dealing with coworkers, peers, customers, stakeholders, teams, and collaborative networks across the identity intelligence community.

Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal HHS components and federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international partners to enhance information sharing, integrate identity intelligence capabilities, and support coordinated screening, vetting, and threat mitigation efforts.
