Summary

Job Title

Responsible for providing leadership, strategic guidance, and oversight of INL anti-crime, law enforcement, and criminal justice programs in Eurasia, in collaboration with U.S. embassies.

Provides information and advice to INL leadership to contribute to policy and decision-making and advances INL equities; briefs senior U.S. leaders and Congressional staff; oversees production of written documents by team.

Oversees all aspects of the budget process from formulation to justification to obligation to expenditure for INL programs; mentors and supports team members' roles in the budget cycle.

Responsible for leading and supervising a large, dynamic team to include assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of others; leading domestic and field hiring; and fostering motivation, teamwork, and excellence.
