Supporting inpatient coding quality and education, the full-time remote Inpatient Coding Education & Improvement Specialist will review coding findings, analyze trends, and develop targeted educational resources to enhance coding accuracy and consistency.Key responsibilitiesReview coding-quality findings and recommendations for accuracyAnalyze trends and develop targeted inpatient coding educationCollaborate with stakeholders to improve coding quality workflowsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred, or equivalent experienceRHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification requiredExperience in inpatient facility coding and coding quality reviewKnowledge of inpatient coding guidelines and MS-DRG/APR-DRG methodologyExperience developing coding educational resources preferred
