As an Intelligence Operations Specialist (Senior Targeting Analyst), you will:

Perform a wide range of senior-level functions centered on targeting intelligence, data methodology, and analytic leadership.

Interpret specialized datasets and intelligence regarding threat actors' intent and capabilities and produce operational/investigative leads and intelligence assessments explaining their impact on HHS equities.

Conduct research and analysis of non-traditional collection threat actors affecting HHS operations, Homeland Security, and National Security to support all-source intelligence production.

Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications within high-risk geographic and functional areas.

Implement, participate in, and evaluate the results of programs, projects, cases, or processes.

Serve as a principal advisor to senior leadership on targeting strategies and analytic approaches.

Advise the Division Director and senior officials on intelligence findings and recommend positions.
