Supporting the University Library's reference services, the part-time Evening and Weekend Reference Librarian will provide assistance to students and faculty through virtual communication channels while developing research guides and troubleshooting library systems remotely.Key responsibilitiesProvide evening and weekend reference and research assistance to students and faculty through virtual communication channelsAssist with the development, review, and maintenance of research guides and instructional materialsResolve library systems and electronic resource issues, including troubleshooting access problems and submitting support requestsRequired qualificationsMLS or equivalent degree from an ALA accredited programExperience in providing reference services to students and facultyStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with current library reference trends and a commitment to learning innovative practicesSupport for the University's mission and adherence to employee policies
