Summary

To support the mission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the remote Librarian will manage, curate, and disseminate specialized health information resources related to minority health, health disparities, and health equity while ensuring access to authoritative information for researchers and policymakers.Key responsibilities:Maintain and manage a comprehensive digital and physical library collection focused on minority health topicsConduct complex literature searches and provide customized research support and information summariesManage library subscriptions, vendor relationships, and support outreach and technical assistance activitiesRequired qualifications:Master's degree in Library Science, Library and Information Science, or a related field from an accredited institutionProfessional library or information management experienceExperience conducting literature reviews and providing research support servicesExperience managing digital collections and electronic resourcesAbility to obtain a valid U.S. Government public trust security clearance
